Return Policy

We love helping our customers see more clearly with our exceptional sunlenses! However, if you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any item within 30 days of pick up. Please know that all returned products must be in 100% resalable condition. Prescription lenses are custom made and non refundable, but we are happy to correct any issues.  

Returns for store credit, exchange or refund may be made by sending your request to sunglasskrate@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment. We will send you a confirmation email that includes the address where you should return the item. The item must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving the confirmation email. All returns must be in original condition. You are responsible for shipping including cost. We recommend shipping via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. If you are local, please stop by our store. Insure the package for the full purchase price. Items returned damaged or after 14 days of original purchase will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and send it to the address provided in the confirmation email. You will receive email confirmation when we receive your returned product.
